Refunds, Returns & Shipping Policies

1. Refund Policy

As a non-profit organization, we strive to allocate all funds directly toward supporting student-athletes' mental health. Due to this, all donations are non-refundable. However, if you made a donation in error or believe there was an issue with your transaction, please contact us at info@ihearyoubtg.org within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

For merchandise purchases, refunds are only available in cases of defective or damaged products. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order details and photos of the issue.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept general returns due to the nature of our fundraising efforts. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it or provide a store credit. Please email us at info@ihearyoubtg.org within 7 days of receiving the product with your order number and photos of the issue.

If an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the issue was due to our error.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders typically process within 3-5 business days before shipping.

  • Shipping Methods: We use standard shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times vary but generally range from 5-10 business days depending on location.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over $30 may qualify for free shipping (if applicable).

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We currently only ship within the United States, but we hope to expand our reach in the future.
